Specific service terms, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) agreed upon with each client. SaaS dashboard subscriptions are governed by their respective subscription terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website - including text, graphics, logos, and design - is the property of generative.qa and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Deliverables created during client engagements are governed by the terms of the applicable SOW. Unless otherwise specified, clients receive full ownership of custom deliverables created for their engagement.
